BEX Beauty Return Policy

The products you purchased online can be exchanged or returned only online.

All products must be returned to us, unused and with the original packaging of BEX Trading LLC, and in the same condition as received, along with the original invoice, within 7 (seven) days from date of delivery.

We will not accept any returns for products if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. 

Please make sure to scan and send your invoice when you contact our customer service team by email at admin@bexbeauty.com, so they can better assist you with processing your return or exchange. No returns will be processed without original receipts/invoices.
