1. Prep & Mask
Start with a clean, dry face. Rip open one sachet, unfold the sheet mask, and gently press it onto your skin, smoothing out any air pockets. Kick back for 15–20 minutes. Peel off the mask and lightly pat the leftover essence into your skin until fully absorbed.
2. Gua Sha Ritual
After masking, dispense a few drops of your favorite serum or oil. Hold the Gua Sha at a slight angle (around 15 degrees) and glide it in upward strokes: from the base of your neck to your jawline, along your cheeks toward your ears, then beneath your brows to your hairline. Spend about 2–5 minutes on each side.
3. Frequency
Repeat the mask up to three times a week—or anytime your skin needs a quick hydration boost and a lit-from-within glow.
